We understand this, and guarantee that your online ordering experience
with Tidewater Workshop will be completely safe and secure. The
online store portion of our website is hosted by Yahoo! Shopping,
one of the industry leaders in e-commerce.
When you move
to pages that need to be secure, such as the actual order form where
you'll be entering your shipping and billing information, you will
see the usual indicators of a secure transaction - the 'locked'
lock in the lower left corner, the 'https' instead of 'http' (the
"s" means secure). Tidewater Workshop and Yahoo! guarantee
that your transaction is safe and secure. In the past year, we've
taken over tens of thousands of orders online, and never had a single

store now offers a Registration feature. It is not necessary to
register to place an order online; however, if you plan to place
frequent orders, or are ordering gifts shipping to multiple addresses,
registering will make the multiple order process quicker and easier.
Your information (excluding any credit card information) will be
stored under a user name you select, and a password you select.
This feature also allows you to save shopping carts, so you may
return and finish your order later. If you would like to register,
you will be offered the opportunity to do so (or to sign in, if
you are already registered) from the Shopping Cart page of the online
store. Please note that this Registration feature is only for the
purposes of placing multiple or frequent offers, and is not intended
to be used as a 'sign up' for sales and special offer notifications.
Please also note that as this is a Yahoo! Store feature, in order
to register in the Tidewater Workshop online store, you will be
registering with Yahoo. Please read all of the Yahoo terms on the
registration page before registering.
Options for Placing an Order:In
addition to ordering online, you may also place your order by phone
at 1-800-666-TIDE(8433) during the hours of 8AM-4:30PM, Monday through
Friday, EST. You may also use our fax order form, and fax your order
to us at (609) 241-8892. Orders may be emailed to us at email@example.com,

carrier, such as FedEx, please use our street address: Tidewater

Special Offers vs. Catalog Special Offers: We
offer a variety of specials to our customers, including free items
with qualifying purchases. Because many of these specials involve
a considerable discount, we must limit customers to taking advantage
the Online Special Offers or
the Catalog Special Offers- you may not use both. In order to redeem
catalog special offers online, you must have your print catalog
in front of you- you will be asked for your catalog code on the
order form. Catalog discounts will be deducted after your order
has been submitted and will not be reflected on the online order
form. Occasionally, the catalog special offers and website special
offers will overlap. It is up to the customer's discretion to decide
which offers they would rather use- Online or Catalog.
Please note: Our
ordering system will allow you to break these rules; however, every
online order is reviewed by a Customer Service Specialist. If you
request conflicting offers, you will be contacted by phone to resolve
the problem and prevent any delay in processing your order.
Charges:Orders shipping to areas outside
the contiguous United States (ie, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) will
be subject to additional shipping charges. For the exact shipping
charges to areas outside of the 48 contiguous United States, please

online. To check the status of your order, please call our Customer Service department at (609) 241-8916. Our Customer
Service Specialists will be happy to track your package for you,
or, if you prefer, provide you with your UPS tracking number. We
apologize for any inconvenience caused by the Yahoo! default message
that states you can track your order online. This feature will be
available in the future but currently is not.
We now offer online coupons that may be used to receive discounts
when ordering online only. To use a coupon, please make a note of
the coupon code (it will always start with a letter), and then during
checkout, enter the coupon code in the appropriate spot on the order
form. Please note that you may only use one coupon per order, but
most coupons can be used multiple times. That means that you may use
a coupon for one order, then place a second, separate order and use
the same coupon again or a different coupon on your second order.

preferences. Occasionally, Tidewater Workshop may share your postal
address with other carefully screened, prestigious companies. Under
no circumstances will Tidewater Workshop share your email address
with any other company unless you expressly give us permission to
do so. Any email that Tidewater Workshop sends will be sales and
specials notification, and at this time we do not send any email
at all. If you have added your email address to the seconds sale
notification list or the newsletter list, you will only receive
notification of seconds sales or newsletters; you will not receive
information about visitors, aside from any information you may submit
yourself via catalog request or order. At no time and under any
circumstances will Tidewater Workshop release your phone number
for any use other than to contact you about an order if need be.
